On Saturday, an incredibly interesting master class was conducted by Anastasia Stashkevich, the Prima ballerina of Bolshoi Ballet, the honoured artist of the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania.
We appreciate a lot the classes which are conducted in our space by the invited ballerinas, professional of the highest class! Such meetings open a lot of aspects in the dance and offer great inspiration for the future work.
At the past master class our students performed warm-ups on the floor, exercises at the bar and in the middle of the hall, and learned the dance elements. In conclusion they performed a dance under “Waltz of Flowers” from “Sleeping Beauty” and felt themselves on the real stage together with the Prima ballerina!
After master class a very soulful creative meeting took place, during which Anastasia told about her creative way and years of study, her favorite parties and ballet dreams, friendship in the theater and about many other things and answered the questions from the floor. Then the long-expected autograph signing session took place after which everybody could take away as a memento the ballerina’s autograph!
We thank everybody who attended the master class and Anastasia for the possibility which she gave to our students to communicate with the ballet star and to adopt experience!
