We will talk about famous choreographers and performers of the past, such as Rostislav Zakharov, Leonid Lavrovsky, Galina Ulanova, Alexey Ermolaev, Maya Plisetskaya, who combined the virtuosity of technique with dramatic art and created a psychological ballet theater in Russia.

We will remember the great performances of this time “The Fountain of Bakhchisarai” based on the poem of the same name by Alexander Pushkin and, of course, “Romeo and Juliet”, a performance in which the genre reached its peak, and we will also analyze the phenomenon of Boris Eifman, who successfully continues to conquer Russian and Western audience today.
