Dear students and parents, we have prepared a unique program “Ballet Petersburg” for you. Excursions to Saint Petersburg museums and the Mariinsky Theater, a visit to the Academy of Russian Ballet and the Boris Eifman Academy, a master class in the studio of Diana Vishneva – this trip focuses on the beauty of classical dance and the city, where everything breathes out history.

“The capital of Russian ballet” – Saint Petersburg has given the world brilliant figures of ballet art and dancers, whose oeuvre continues to fuel contemporary ballet – Matilda Kshesinskaya, Agrippina Vaganova, Anna Pavlova, Vaslav Nijinsky, Galina Ulanova and many more. Each name implies priceless pages of ballet history, and our trip will open many of them to you.

The tour program includes:

• a visit to the Vaganova Ballet Academy
• a visit to Anna Pavlova’s memorial apartment
• an excursion to the Boris Eifman Dance Academy and try-out by its professionals
• a master class at Diana Vishneva’s Studio Context
• the Mariinsky Theater (an excursion and show)
• an excursion to the Yusupov Palace
• an excursion to the Hermitage
• an excursion to the Faberge Museum

At the Diana Vishneva’s Studio, students will be able to take part in a master class held by a leading teacher; at the Boris Eifman Academy, they will be tried out by its professionals and receive their recommendations on what to pay attention to in future classes.
