“The Stone Flower” performance at K. S. Stanislavsky and V. I. Nemirovich – Danchenko Theater
On Saturday, students of the International Ballet Center got to see “The Stone Flower” play at the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Music Theatre.
The ballet was incredible! All viewers liked the plot and performance so much that the artists were called out for encores several times! Prior to the play, our students had an interesting tour where they were told about the theatre history. They also had an opportunity to look behind the stage and even in the dressing rooms.
The children got sight of the scenery installation, of the costumes in which the artists perform. They talked to the theatre leading actor and the main character of the play, Sergey Manuilov, and took photos with him.
The children and their parents were delighted. Thank you for being together and empathizing with our interest in arts. We are confident that this was not our last meeting outside the Center!
