On January 30 a master class in turnout development took place at the Ballet Center, which was conducted by the doctor Denis Kablukov – the author of the books “Health in ballet” and “Ballerina’s foot”.

Turnout depends in many aspects on the anatomic particularities, but not limited to. There are many myths and means of its development. It is important to know that not all the exercises for turnout work, and they are not all safe for the health of the future ballerina.

At this master class, you will learn how to develop softly but efficiently the feet turnout! The class was conducted with the use of training devices, which were elaborated and patented by Denis Kablukov!
