Yurii Vetrov, a graduate of Moscow State Academy of Choreography, was the leading dancer of the ballet company of the Bolshoi Theatre. He studied the art of a ballet master under the guidance of maestro Yury Grigorovich. And later, based on his experience, he created new versions of the great classical ballets of the XIX and XX centuries (“Coppélia”, “Cinderella”, “Don Quixote”, “Paquita”, “Swan Lake”). Today Yurii Vetrov is an associate professor of the theatrical department of the Faculty of Arts at M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University, an Honored Artist of the RSFSR.
