“The International Ballet Center” is glad to share with you a happy memory after Christmas Gala Concert “Christmas Ballet Gala”. On December 16, world-famous performers performed on the legendary stage of the State Kremlin Palace. A memorable event was the screening of one of the most colorful and exciting performances by Michael Fokine from the time of Diaghilev’s famous non-repertory theatre – one-act ballet “Scheherazade” with scenery by Leon Bakst, which tells the story of treachery, disbelief and forbidden passion between a lady and a slave. Ivan Vasiliev and Maria Vinogradova shone to the enchanting and melodious oriental themes of Rimsky-Korsakov.

I would like to once again thank the professional staff of the event organizers: Andris Liepa, the production director of the concert, the entire team of the International Ballet Center, good friends and respected partners and, of course, a unique cast of the artists who gave the audience a warm atmosphere, bright and magical moments.
