Ballet for adults

Classical choreography is the basis for a beautiful, well-toned body, flexibility and stamina. Classical means “perfect”, “first-grade” in Latin, which gives us many correct associations: nothing classical is ever out of style, whatever the topics: clothes, music, books, etc. Even when the society is pulled towards new technology and fashion, in many situations we effortlessly return to the classical, the indefatigable option.

Classical ballet is our main focus, yet we also provide pilates, stretching, body ballet, stage practice lessons for additional support.
